Welcome to a safe space
Therapy that integrates lived experience with clinical understanding.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative—designed to help you feel whole again by meeting you where you are, while gently supporting your healing journey forward.
At the heart of this therapy work is a simple understanding: our present experiences are deeply shaped by our past, and healing comes from making sense of these patterns with care and awareness.
Therapy begins with safety. We move at a pace that feels right for you—building awareness, emotional regulation, and inner steadiness.
We explore recurring emotional and relational patterns with curiosity, helping you gain deeper insight into your inner world.
The therapeutic relationship offers a space to feel seen and understood—opening new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Drawing from multiple approaches, therapy adapts to your unique needs rather than fitting you into a single method.
Over time, this work supports self-understanding, self-compassion, and more fulfilling relationships.
A collaborative process where your story meets guidance and care—creating space for lasting change.
Four stages that guide our work together
Therapy begins with attentive listening and creating a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and understood without judgment.
Together we explore emotions, experiences, and patterns to develop deeper insight into how past experiences shape present feelings and relationships.
Using trauma‑informed and evidence‑based approaches, we work through difficult emotions and experiences at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
The goal of therapy is meaningful growth — developing healthier emotional patterns, stronger self‑understanding, and practical ways to navigate life.
Therapy designed to help you feel whole again—supporting concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, overthinking, self-worth, and relationship patterns. Offered by a Mumbai-based therapist, available online across India and internationally. My work is integrative, drawing from multiple therapeutic traditions to support your healing journey with depth, precision, and care.
Exploring unconscious patterns, early experiences, and relational dynamics.
Reworking the stories you hold about yourself with greater flexibility and meaning.
Identifies and restructures unhelpful thoughts and core beliefs.
Strengthening emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal clarity.
Understanding communication patterns and relational roles.
Offering a grounded, non-judgmental space for reflection and growth.
Working with core emotional experiences and attachment.
Cultivating awareness, presence, and reduced reactivity.
Supporting nervous system regulation and the release of held stress.
Inviting expression where words may fall short.
Building on strengths, resilience, and a more balanced internal landscape.
Each therapy session is tailored to help you feel whole again—not only easing immediate distress, but deepening self-understanding, strengthening emotional capacity, and supporting meaningful, lasting change over time.
Every healing journey is deeply personal. These reflections come from people who chose to share a part of their story and the changes they experienced through therapy.
I've had a very positive experience. I find that therapy alleviates some of the pressure of bettering yourself since you don't have to figure it all out on your own. Its been a few months and now i feel more equipped to deal with my problems.

I have lupus, and autoimmune condition, for the past 3+ years. I was diagnosed with it roughly a year and half after I got married..and started staying with two different generations other than my own. While my family was never the villain here, I battled with this unnecessary guilt of not being able to give my family enough time or contribute to house chores because of my work hours. I think they call it superwoman complex? Anyway, the more I understood my autoimmune condition- the more I realised how psychosomatic it was..and that it was super important for me to keep stress and anxiety at bay. Add to it the fact that lupus had messed with my reproductive system- high inflammation meant I now have very few quality eggs remaining. That threw me into trying to prepare to start a family.. because I was told it would probably take a while..more than what regular couples need. And if it got too late..I might even need IVF! The mess in my mind made me turn to seek therapy..and it’s been such a blessing! My therapist Aashraya, gave me the tools to minimize my guilt- she made me challenge my own thoughts about a particular situation. Its tough but I am sticking to it. It had helped me think about situations from a different perspective and that also helps keep my anxiety down. And…I am also beginning my motherhood journey now, quite unexpectedly, and without the need of IVF! Thanks To my therapist Aashraya, for being a part of this journey so far

Like most folks in our country, I thought therapy would be like what they show in movies: a couch, lying down and talking only about how your parent’s childhood, etc. While those topics are essential, psychotherapy is much more than that, and I learnt so much about it and myself. My therapist, Aashraya, really changed things for me; it would be an understatement to say that this was a game-changer for me. I was in a dark headspace, to be completely honest; the only good thing I did was book an appointment and talk about what I was going through. I will not get into the nitty-gritty of every issue, but let me tell you it involved everything from heartbreak, relationship issues, parental problems, health - both physical and mental, career woes, and the list goes on. I liked how she customised her approach based on how I operate now. Some would say it isn’t that expected behaviour, but I would say Yes and No. A therapist can either stick to their standard methods and procedures or be malleable and customise the plan according to the client, and Aashraya did that with ease for me; not only was everything adequately documented, but she was highly responsive whenever I sent any emails outside of our regular session timings. If I recall correctly, I started seeing early signs of improvement after session 4 or 5; after session ten or so, I had already started getting some clarity: the homework assigned, the topic of the next session already mentioned, the various aspects of progress, the themes of areas where work needed to be done, clarity and explanation of the method being incorporated and how it is helping and what are the next steps. One last thing I’d like to mention before I end this review: therapy is not a magic pill; it’s a collaboration between you and your therapist; if you are willing to put in the work needed, you will see improvement.

I didn’t even know how to explain what I was going through when I started. Aashraya created a space where I felt comfortable opening up at my own pace. Session by session, I felt more understood and less alone. Her way of gently helping me make sense of my emotions has made a real difference in how I see myself.

There was a lot of distance between us when we started therapy. Aashraya created a space where we both felt safe enough to open up. Over time, she helped us rebuild trust and feel more connected again. We’re still learning, but we feel more like a team now.

I offer therapy to help you feel whole again, working with individuals navigating complex emotional, relational, and identity-based experiences — often where these threads are deeply entwined as part of a deeper healing journey.
Anxiety disorders, persistent rumination, and the exhausting cycle of thoughts that keep you on edge.
Relational trauma, C-PTSD patterns, and the ways past experiences continue to shape how you feel and relate today.
Feelings of unreality, disconnection from self, and experiences of depersonalisation or derealisation.
Emotional numbness, persistent sadness, and a loss of meaning that makes ordinary life feel heavy.
Intense emotional swings, difficulty calming yourself, and feeling overwhelmed by your own inner world.
Low self-esteem, a relentless inner critic, and patterns of self-doubt that undermine how you move through life.
Body image concerns, self-image difficulties, and complex relationships with food and eating.
Fear of abandonment, push-pull dynamics, and attachment patterns that make closeness feel both necessary and frightening.
Recurring interpersonal patterns, communication breakdowns, and the dynamics that keep relationships feeling stuck.
Bereavement, unresolved mourning, and the kinds of loss that are rarely spoken about — ambiguous, disenfranchised, or prolonged.
Chronic exhaustion, the erosion of capacity, and difficulty recovering when life's demands never seem to pause.
Navigating change, feeling directionless, and the disorienting work of figuring out who you are at a crossroads.
Identity exploration, the weight of navigating a world that doesn't always affirm you, and space to simply be.
The emotional upheaval of new parenthood, postpartum mental health, and adjusting to the profound shift of becoming a mother.
Parenting concerns, parent–child relational patterns, and the complexity of family systems across life stages.
These are not rigid categories — they are living, overlapping experiences. Therapy creates space to help you feel whole again by understanding how they connect, and how they are lived in your particular day-to-day life as part of your ongoing healing journey.
You’ve been holding it together on the outside, but something inside doesn’t feel quite right. You think a lot, reflect a lot, and are aware of your patterns, yet find yourself repeating the same thoughts, doubts, or emotional cycles you can’t seem to step out of. You know what’s logical, but it doesn’t change how you feel. You overthink conversations, second-guess yourself, or feel stuck between being “too much” and “not enough.” You tell yourself things will be different, but somehow end up in the same place again. And slowly, it starts to feel like this isn’t a phase...maybe this is just who you are.
It doesn’t have to stay this way.
Therapy can help you understand these patterns, make sense of what’s underneath them, and begin to respond to yourself and your life differently. There is more to this than what it feels like right now. Let's figure it out together
Couples therapy offers a space to help you feel whole again within your relationship—allowing you to pause and look more closely at what is unfolding between you, including patterns, disconnections, and moments that feel difficult to navigate on your own.
Often, it’s not just about what is happening in the present, but how each partner’s experiences, expectations, and ways of relating come together within the relationship—shaping a shared healing journey that therapy helps you understand and move through together.

Working Together
Beginning therapy can feel like a meaningful and sometimes vulnerable step. I like to keep the process as clear, supportive and grounded as possible from the very start. This space is designed to support emotional clarity, self-understanding, and deeper inner work — at a pace that feels thoughtful, steady, and attuned to where you are.
A space to understand what’s coming up, not just manage it.
We go at your pace. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.
Most people choose to begin with a short-term container to allow for continuity and deeper work. You can also start with a single session and take it from there.
A space to slow down, understand patterns, and have conversations that often feel difficult to navigate on your own.
We work towards clarity, communication, and moving out of repeating cycles.
Most couples choose to begin with a short-term container to allow for continuity and meaningful shifts. You can also start with a single session and take it from there.
While a single session can sometimes offer insight or immediate relief, therapy often becomes most meaningful when there is continuity and consistency — especially in the beginning.
Emotional patterns, relationship struggles, self-worth, grief, anxiety, and deeper inner conflicts usually do not unfold all at once — they begin to make sense over time, within a space that feels safe enough to return to.
This is why many clients choose to work in a more ongoing way, allowing room for trust, reflection, and lasting shifts rather than only momentary clarity.
Getting Started
A brief space for us to understand what you're looking for, explore whether the fit feels right, and clarify any practical questions before beginning.

Starting therapy can bring up many questions — about what to expect, how the process works, and whether it’s the right step for you. Here are some common questions that may help you feel more comfortable and informed as you begin your journey.
